Barbara Mikulski has proven she is not an American Constitutionalist, not because she is a Democrat, but because she has:

• voted "for" legislation because of the Party and not the Constitution,
• provided an appearance her vote is based on the highest bidder, and
• offended her Constituents, all Marylanders, by forcing us to embrace illegal aliens and violate our moral principles.

She no longer represents the Democratic principles of old, she does represent today's Democratic principles that only look to strengthen her Parties control while weakening our Constitutional foundation.
